What is ReLoved Elegance?
ReLoved Elegance is a considered collection of occasion dresses, each chosen to be worn again. We look for pieces with presence, care, and a second story still to tell.
What kind of dresses do you sell?
Wedding guest, special occasion, and evening dresses. Each listing is generally one of a kind, so what you see is the dress that is waiting for you.
Are the dresses new or pre-loved?
They are pre-loved, and chosen with care. Some have been worn once. Others have been enjoyed a little more. We never present a dress as new.
How do I know the condition of a dress?
Every dress is inspected, then listed with an honest condition: worn once, worn twice, or pre-loved when it has been worn more than twice. Photographs and notes on the product page sit alongside that.
How do I know the size will fit me?
Each dress has a listed size on its page. Use the photographs, and the details provided, as a guide. If you are unsure, write to us before you buy and we will help you as best we can.
Can I see more photos/details of a dress?
Yes. Open the dress page to see additional photographs and details. You can look more closely at each image there. If you would like another view, we are happy to help.
How do I buy a dress?
Choose a dress in the shop, then select Buy This Dress. You will be taken to checkout to complete your details. Each dress is unique, so the quantity is always one.
Can I reserve a dress?
A dress is not held when you open checkout, or when you first choose Buy This Dress. Because each piece is one of a kind, it is only set aside once payment is successfully confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by M-Pesa or by debit or credit card at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a dress?
These are unique pieces, so we do not offer a general exchange. If a dress arrives meaningfully different from its listing, please contact us promptly and we will look after you with care.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is arranged for each order, and the details are confirmed with you at checkout before the final amount is completed.
How do I sell my dress to ReLoved?
Visit Sell Your Dress and tell us about the piece. Share a few photographs and its story. We review every submission personally.
What happens after I submit my dress?
We look at your submission with care and follow up to let you know whether it is a fit for ReLoved, and what the next step would be. Nothing is listed without that conversation.
